2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you visit the site, Netlify automatically collects technical data (including IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser used) and stores it in server log files. This processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing a secure and functional website. We have a data processing agreement with Netlify in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

3. Netlify Identity

To enable editor login to this website's content management system, we embed the "Netlify Identity" script provided by Netlify, Inc. For technical reasons this script loads on every page, not only the admin area, so that invitation and confirmation links sent by email work correctly. Loading the script automatically transmits technical data (including your IP address) to Netlify. No actual login occurs unless you actively sign in as an editor. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in a functioning CMS login.

4. Contact Form

If you contact us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, message) solely to handle your inquiry. Submissions are transmitted via "Netlify Forms", a service provided by Netlify, Inc., which receives the form data and makes it available in our Netlify account. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual inquiry) or (f) (legitimate interest in communication). Data is deleted once it is no longer required to process your inquiry, unless legal retention obligations apply.

5. Embedded Production Videos (dubidot)

The production clips (video and thumbnail images) shown on this website are not served from our own server but delivered via the servers of our technology partner dubidot (gkrest.dubiplay.de). When you open the "From our productions" section, a direct connection is made to dubidot's servers, which may transmit technical data (including your IP address). The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in reliably delivering our production references.
